- Invoicing and payment for stays and the local tourist tax;
- Direct communication with you before, during and after your stay.
Legal bases: this processing is based on the performance of the booking contract (managing your stay, payment, communicating with you), on compliance with our legal and accounting obligations (invoicing, tourist tax, retention of accounting records) and on our legitimate interest in anonymous audience measurement of the site (see section 3.2).
2.4. Recipients and data sharing

3. COOKIES AND AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT POLICY
The Le 10 – Reflets dans l'Eau website uses cookies and other trackers necessary for its operation, as well as for measuring traffic.
3.1. Cookies necessary for the site to function
Certain cookies and trackers are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site and for features requested by the user, in particular those related to the booking process and its security.
These trackers are not used for personalised advertising purposes or to track visitors' behaviour on other sites.
They may in particular allow the site to function correctly, maintain a booking session, or ensure the security of transactions.
During the payment step, our provider Stripe sets its own security and fraud-prevention cookies (see section 2.4).
As these trackers are strictly necessary for the operation of the service requested by the user, they do not require prior consent.
3.2. Audience measurement
The Le 10 – Reflets dans l'Eau website uses an audience measurement tool designed to analyse traffic and use of the site. This measurement may in particular identify:
- the general origin of visits (search engine, social network, direct access, referring site, etc.);
- pages viewed;
- the browsing path between different pages of the site;
- interactions with certain site features, in particular those giving access to the booking process;
- overall site traffic statistics.
This information is used solely to measure and improve the traffic, content, usability and operation of the Le 10 – Reflets dans l'Eau website.
The tool is designed so that the Owner cannot personally identify visitors from this data, and it is not intended to track their browsing on other sites or to build profiles for advertising or commercial purposes.
Audience measurement data is used in statistical form only and is not sold, rented or transmitted to advertising networks.
This measurement works without cookies and without recording visitors’ IP addresses: a visitor is only recognised within a single day, through an anonymous identifier that cannot be linked to a person or from one day to the next. Statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months and then deleted automatically. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no measurement takes place.
In accordance with the consent-exemption conditions provided for by regulations and CNIL (the French data protection authority) recommendations, no prior consent is required for this audience measurement.
3.3. No advertising cookies
The Le 10 – Reflets dans l'Eau website does not use cookies designed to display personalised advertising or to track visitors for advertising purposes.
No browsing data is sold or rented for advertising purposes.
3.4. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
However, blocking certain strictly necessary cookies may cause certain site features to malfunction, in particular those related to booking.
4. Information and updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, the services offered, or applicable regulations.
